Terms of Use
Wink is a small app for sharing live pictures with friends you choose. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Wink.
1. Your account
- You need an email address, a password and a unique username. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Wink.
- Pick a username that is not misleading and does not impersonate someone else. We may reclaim usernames that break this rule.
2. Friends and pictures
- Pictures you send go only to friends you have accepted, at the moment you send them. Removing or blocking a friend stops future pictures; pictures already delivered stay in their history until you delete them.
- You own the pictures you take. You give Wink permission to store and deliver them to the friends you chose, which is the whole point of the app, and nothing more.
- You can delete any picture you sent at any time. Deleting removes it for everyone.
3. What is not allowed
- Sending pictures that are illegal, abusive, sexual involving minors, or that you have no right to share.
- Harassing people, or trying to reach people who have blocked you.
- Attacking the service, scraping it, or trying to access other people's pictures.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. The service
- Wink is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for losses that come from using it beyond what the law requires.
- Wink is in an early release. Features may change, and we may need to reset data during the beta; we will say so in the app when that happens.
5. Ending your account
You can stop using Wink at any time. To delete your account and everything attached to it, email us from the address on your account and we will do it within 30 days.
